Is Carvexa live yet?
Not yet. Carvexa is in Phase 1, building the community and preparing the marketplace for launch. The inventory currently shown is realistic mock data.
What will it cost to list a vehicle?
There will be no listing fees during launch for founding sellers. Carvexa is designed around a pay-only-if-it-sells model; final success-fee details will be shared before live auctions begin.
How does identity verification work?
Before selling or bidding, users will complete a secure identity verification process. The exact verification provider and steps will be announced closer to launch.
What is the Carvexa Trust Score?
The Trust Score measures listing completeness and verified signals such as identity, VIN, title status, required photos and videos, known defects, and maintenance history.
Does a Trust Score guarantee vehicle condition?
No. It is a transparency and completeness signal, not a mechanical warranty. Buyers should always inspect a vehicle independently before purchase.
Will Carvexa handle payment or title transfer?
Not during Phase 1. Carvexa will provide guidance for a safer local handoff, but the buyer and seller remain responsible for payment, title verification, and transfer.
Can sellers use a reserve price?
Yes. Sellers will be able to choose a reserve or list with no reserve. Reserve status will be clearly visible on the listing.
What happens to fake or careless bids?
Carvexa plans to use verified identity, transparent bid history, bidder accountability, reporting, and feedback to discourage no-shows and bad-faith activity.
Which vehicles can be listed?
Carvexa will support cars, SUVs, trucks, motorcycles, classics, performance vehicles, diesel trucks, vans, commercial vehicles, RVs, and trailers. Equipment is planned for a future release.
Where will Carvexa launch?
Carvexa is being built as a nationwide platform, with local buying and selling at its core. Launch areas and timing will be announced to waitlist members first.
